| To preserve the spa's tranquility, we respectfully request that you leave pages and cell phones turned off or on vibration mode. Out of respect for serenity of your fellow guests, please maintain peace and quiet at all times. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the spa. | ||||
| To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and other guest, please bring children if arrangements have been made for their supervision. | ||||

| Reservations and Cancellations | ||||
| Please plan to arrive at least
15 minutes before your spa treatment is scheduled to begin. We will do
our very best to accommodate your needs, however, late arrivals will be
charged for the full service time. It is also a possibility that
services may need to be shortened or rescheduled altogether, if the time
remaining is inadequate for you to properly enjoy your service.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule services, we kindly ask that you
notify us 24 hours in advance. Due to the time and cost it takes
to prepare for each guest, there will be a 50% charge on any bridal
party or spa package that is not cancelled 24 hours prior to your
scheduled appointment.
You will be asked to complete a client questionnaire upon the arrival of your first visit and every six months to keep your pertinent information updated. We ask that you disclose any medical information, including medications that you take, to prevent any contradictions to a treatment or a specific ingredient. |

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients; however, all spa packages include 15% gratuity. |
